Project overview
Located in Reservoir, this project involves the renovation and extension of an existing single-storey residential dwelling. Part of the original house was demolished and reworked, with the retained home upgraded to improve its layout, functionality and overall residential quality.
A new rear extension adds bedroom and living accommodation while integrating the new work with the existing house. The project focuses on extending the usable floor area and delivering a more complete contemporary home through renovation, partial demolition and new construction.
