Residential development
Three individually addressed homes designed for an irregular corner allotment with dual street frontage.

01 · The project
Project overview
Located on an irregular corner allotment in Bayswater, the proposal transforms a 988.1 m² residential site into three individually addressed homes. One dwelling fronts Yarran Grove while two address Imperial Avenue.
The development replaces the existing single-storey residence and rear garage with three contemporary double-storey, four-bedroom dwellings. Each home has dedicated vehicle access, a double garage and private open space. The subdivision and built form were developed together to balance housing density with residential amenity, landscaping, setbacks and streetscape presentation.
