01 · The project
Project overview
Located on Beach Road in Black Rock, this high-value residence is conceived to take full advantage of its coastal setting and sea views. The preliminary design uses the elevated areas of the home to maximise outlook, light and connection to the surrounding landscape.
A terrace-level pool forms part of the outdoor living experience and is oriented toward the coast. Above the main living levels, an attic-style upper floor accommodates a private master suite with enhanced views toward the bay. The concept combines basement accommodation, layered living spaces and elevated private areas within a refined contemporary design.
