Information we collect

When you contact Vision Grid or request access to a private project walkthrough, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company, professional role and the project you are interested in. We also record the time of your request, your consent choices and limited technical information used to prevent misuse.

How we use it

We use this information to provide requested walkthrough access, respond to your enquiry, understand interest in our projects, protect private project material and maintain the security of the website.

Email updates

We only add you to Vision Grid project updates and architectural news when you actively select the separate, unticked newsletter option. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to access a walkthrough. We record who consented, when consent was given, the form and wording used, and any later withdrawal so that we can demonstrate your choice.

Withdrawing newsletter consent

Every marketing email will identify Vision Grid, include our contact details and provide a clear unsubscribe link. You may withdraw consent at any time without signing in or supplying additional information. We will stop marketing emails promptly and within the period required by Australian law, while retaining a limited suppression and consent-history record so that your request continues to be honoured.

Storage and service providers

Lead, access and consent records may be processed using Supabase. Email delivery may be handled by a specialist email provider, and a restricted administrative copy of lead and consent details may be stored in Google Sheets. These providers process information only to operate the website, secure the walkthrough, maintain consent evidence and deliver requested communications.

Retention and access

Walkthrough access is temporary. Lead information is retained only while it is reasonably needed for enquiries, business records and security. Active newsletter information is retained while you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, limited consent and suppression evidence may be retained while reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance and prevent further marketing.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held by Vision Grid, or withdraw newsletter consent, by emailing info@visiongrid.com.au.
